CurvaGlobal is a football blog built for people who think about the game the way we do, obsessively, passionately, and with strong opinions we’re not afraid to put in writing. 

The Name

In European and Latin American sports, a curva refers to the curved seating stands behind the goals. It is famously associated with Ultras (dedicated fan groups). Curva hosts the most passionate supporters in the stands. No corporate boxes, no polite applause. Just people who live and breathe football. That’s the spirit we aim to bring to every piece we write. 

What We Cover 

From the riches of FIFA World Cup and Champions League to the Saturday afternoon grind of league football, we cover it all: match analysis, team previews, player features, tactical breakdowns, and opinion pieces that don’t sit on the fence. We intend to give coverage to stories from Premier League to right across the sea with developments in South American football.

Who’s Behind This 

From the valley in Kashmir, a football obsessive decided the world needed more honest and raw football writing. That person is me, Sherjeel. After 20 years of following the game across different leagues and countries, I decided it’s time to create a platform to talk to football fans like me. This is about how I see the beautiful game.

Just someone who watches too much football, reads too much about it, and has too many opinions to keep to himself. If the game matters to you the way it matters to me, you’re in the right place.
